    You could do something as easy as getting your friends together and play volleyball, soccer, softball, anything, you get a lot of excersize while having fun.

    How much do you weigh now?
    If you’re 115-120 lbs and you want to lose 60lbs, you’d be dead.

    No she isn’t saying she wants to weight 60 pounds, she is saying that she needs to lose 60 pounds to be her healthy weight.

    I have heard a lot of good things about pilates, and I’m sure you can take some pilates classes at your local rec center.
    This is also a good way to make friends with other girls who are trying to lose weight, and yall can motivate eachother!!
    Swimming, and riding bikes can be a fun way to get active, and you’d be surprised what a difference walking to your friends’s houses instead of getting a ride from parents makes!!
