5 Stars ***A Really Fantastic Workout. Perfect for Me!***
I play basketball and rollerblade to keep in shape. I got this because I felt that yoga would increase my flexibility. I’d taken some yoga classes but I just couldn’t get excited about the practice. This kind of yoga is perfect for me. It is active and keeps my attention. It also works! I feel looser than I have in a long time and my world view is more positive as a result of practicing Ana & Ravi’s Kundalini Yoga. This workout starts with some warm-ups. Set 1, Rise & Spine, loosens up your back like you won’t believe. It also gets you ENERGIZED. Set 2, The Five Tibetans, is a concise little workout which targets all the major muscle groups. I am really looking forward to trying this dynamic duo’s other Yoga DVD’s! There is something about their pacing and words in combination with great music that creates a really cool ambience, not cheesy, just right.

2 Stars READ ABOUT THIS TYPE OF YOGA BEFORE BUYING!!
This is an ok video, but the style of yoga is really something that you should learn from a teacher who can help you in person. You are dealing with very powerful energy here and it can hurt you.

Don’t mean to scare anybody, but do your research and use caution. This type of yoga isn’t like aerobics or using a stair machine.

I don’t know why this routine works so well but it does. Every time I do it I feel rejuvenated and more at peace with life. I highly recommend it.

5 Stars kundalini yoga makes anything else better
This Yoga DVD is a great idea — integrating the spiritual calisthenic style of kundalini yoga with the 5 Tibetan movements. It is nice that Ravi and Ana think outside the box of one tradition and do what works in service of the body, mind and spirit. It starts with the basic spinal energy series, working the central nervous system, and building flexibility. The spinal energy series is fundamental to the practice of kundalini yoga, and excellent to do on its own if you don’t have time for any other exercise. Then the Yoga DVD strengthens you with the Five Tibetan movements, another valuable daily practice.

5 Stars By far one of the best I’ve seen.
This Yoga DVD is a perfect compliment to any reading you may have already done, but even if you haven’t it’s perfect to begin learning with. I am not at all new to this and it’s in my top 5. I use it a minimum of once a week (1/5 that I use to mix it up). You can’t go wrong with this one.
